From Champagne to art, via a charming gîte in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, with a breathtaking view of the Avize and Cramant hillsides, Marie-Hélène and her children will welcome you to their cosy nest, which they have renovated and decorated with loving care. The atmosphere is refined, energetic and invigorating.

This gîte is attached to gîte 51G457, which belongs to the same owner. It is possible to rent the two gîtes together for a maximum capacity of 10 people. The garden is shared by both gîtes.
This gîte is a duplex in the adjoining house. Entrance is via the shared garden on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you'll find a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room (flat-screen TV, WIFI), then a bedroom (with a 140*200 bed), a shower room (basin + shower + wc).
Parking is available in a quiet street in front of the property.
