Gite located in a green setting at the foot of the mill. Charming village in the Suippe valley. All amenities 4km away. 20km from Reims, 15km from Champagne vineyards, 50km from Charleville and Meuse valley, 20km from 14-18 sites. Secure property closed at night. Possibility of parking a truck and several vans.
Holiday cottage located at the Heutrégiville mill, comprising on the first floor a living room opening onto the kitchen, a bathroom, a shower area and a separate toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (each with 140cm double beds). 2nd floor: a large bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and two extra beds (single beds), which can be divided with a curtain.
The Holiday cottage also has a garage, a stone terrace with garden furniture and a relaxation area behind the mill (overlooking the watercourse).
Utilities included at 100Kwh per day.
Bed linen is compulsory for all bookings, at €15 per bed.
Optional cleaning is €80.
Small pets are allowed with the prior agreement of the owner.

The Gite was exactly as advertised and a perfect temperature considering the very cold weather. It was very comfortable and well appointed with everything you would need. The location is excellent and was central for visiting all the interesting sites in the vicinity. Parking was private and very secure.
The best feature was the owner Phillipe who could not have been friendlier or more helpful. He spent a morning showing us round the mill which was one of the highlights of our trip.- Cleanliness

daveh Fantastic welcome in a rural retreat
I would strongly recommend this location and will happily stay there again.
The location is rural, but within easy driving distance of central Reims. The house (gite) is large, with sleeping room for 8 people across 2 floors, and a ground floor kitchen living room.
We came as a family and the kids had the opportunity to discharge all of their pent up energy. We did day trips to Reims and through the main Champagne making region (all by car).
The owner has a fascination with patrimoine and local history. Over many years he has renovated the mill on the site, and will happily give guided tours for free to anyone staying on the property. This is a well executed passion project and well worth visiting.

Blan62 au frais au gîte du moulin
après un petit malentendu sur l'horaire d'arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Monsieur et Madame Bailly. Le fore était juste nettoyé et propre. Il a fait très chaud durant notre séjour et nous avons pu rester au frais à l'intérieur du gîte, manger à l'ombre dans le jardin. Nous étions à 25 minutes environ Reims Centre.
