First floor: living/dining room opening onto the kitchen, separate toilet. Upstairs: three bedrooms, each with 2 beds 80/200 (in two bedrooms, the beds can be brought together to make a double bed in 160); a bathroom with shower. Enclosed garden with terrace + laundry room + garage. Lodging equipped with fiber.
For professionals: end-of-stay cleaning package MANDATORY: 50€.
Heating package €50 per week mandatory from November to early April.

SW95 Séjour parfait
Maison fonctionnelle proche commerces (Boulangerie,pharmacie,épicerie) et surtout à 11 minutes du centre ville comme de la gare ou du lycée Jean Talon.
Location parfaite dans le cadre des oraux des concours capes et agrégation car véritablement au calme, 2 chambres équipées de bureau et une bonne literie.
L’extérieur est vraiment un plus.
Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire.
