Le Loft du Cour Montilleul

The Cour MONTILLEUL loft is located in the wine-growing village of Mardeuil, at the gateway to the Mountain of Reims and just 3km from Épernay and its famous champagne cellars.
With room for 4 people, it's the ideal base for discovering our department and its wine-growing, historical and natural treasures.
The owner also has a second Holiday cottage "La maison du Cour Montilleul" for 6 people, which can be booked separately or in conjunction with the loft.

Measuring 80m², the loft features a large living room with lounge, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms with 140/190 beds, a shower room, a separate toilet and a laundry/dressing room.
Outside, there's a large terrace (24m²) and a private parking space.
For your convenience, bed linen (Beds made on arrival), towels and housekeeping are included.
Pets allowed on request (one pet only) at a supplement of €5 per day.
