You'll be just 15kms from Épernay, 40kms from Reims and 50kms from Chalons en Champagne, and above all, right in the heart of the Champagne vineyards.

Independent Holiday cottage for 8 people. It is located on the first and second floors of the house. The entrance hall leads to the study, the living room, and a corridor leading to the kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a first toilet and the staircase.
The living/dining room has a fireplace, and wood is available. The room is very bright, with several French windows overlooking the vineyards on one side and the terrace on the other.
The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped, with all the necessary appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).
On the 2nd floor, you'll find a bathroom and the three other bedrooms, all tastefully decorated.
