12 km south of Reims, 21 km from Épernay, in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, in the Parc de la Montagne de Reims, the house is located in a small flower-filled village, dominated by its beautiful church, listed as a historic monument.
You can explore the vineyards, visit our cellar and taste our Champagnes.
House with garden and enclosed courtyard.
Ground floor: entrance, sitting room with fireplace, living room, kitchen, separate WC.
First floor: two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds and possibility of an additional single bed in another room, shower room, separate WC.
WIFI ACCESS. Cleaning charge 50€. Sheet hire 10€/bed. Bathroom linen 6€/person. Linen supplied (tea towels).
Heating: 6€ per day (compulsory from 01/10 to 31/03).
For professionals: end-of-stay cleaning package (80€) and sheet rental (10€ per bed) compulsory.

C'est notre deuxième séjour au jardin le poivre. Le gîte est grand et très bien équipé avec accueil très bon. Un rapport qualité prix correct et le propriétaire sait faire découvrir et apprécier sa région et son métier. Gite entouré de vignes.

Toto Pour un séjour près de Reims
Gîte bien placé près de Reims
Accueil convivial ( bouteille de champagne : le propriétaire est vigneron )
Bon rapport qualite/prix mais des équipements de cuisine à changer ( poële par exemple ) et une seule salle de bain pour 6 personnes ( organisation nécessaire )
Convient pour un séjour simple entre amis
