The Holiday cottage "Le H" is located in the charming village of Hautvillers, the cradle of Champagne and a place steeped in history. This bright, spacious cottage welcomes you for a convivial stay in the heart of Champagne.
Enjoy a peaceful, leafy setting, just a stone's throw from the hillsides listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Whether you're with family or friends, this Holiday cottage offers all the comforts you need for a stay that combines relaxation, discovery and authenticity.
Hautvillers is famous for its narrow flower-lined streets, its wrought-iron signs and its abbey, where Dom Pérignon lived. You'll be just a few minutes from Épernay and its famous Champagne houses, and close to Reims, City of the Sacres.

The Holiday cottage has private parking (in front of the cottage) and a garage (one car).
On the first floor, you'll find
- An entrance hall opens onto a large, bright living room with dining area and sitting room, giving access to the terrace with panoramic views over the valley and Vineyard.
- A fully-equipped kitchen will enable you to prepare delicious meals.

The 1st floor features:
- A reading area on the landing

In the basement, you'll find a Sports hall (open to the garage) with direct access to the vineyards and a space to relax (benches with small table).

For your convenience, the rental price includes bed linen, towels and utilities.
A cleaning fee of €50 is compulsory.
