The apartment has been entirely built in an old agricultural barn: the first floor was a stable and the attic was used to store fodder and grain harvests.
It is located in a small commune in the triangle between Reims, Épernay and Chalons en Champagne.

The entrance to the loft invites you into a small hall leading to a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) giving access to a south-west-facing terrace (the gîte's only outdoor space). A staircase (or elevator) takes you directly to the south-facing main room with large bay windows, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.
