The apartment has been entirely built in an old agricultural barn: the first floor was a stable and the attic was used to store fodder and grain harvests.
It is located in a small commune in the triangle between Reims, Épernay and Chalons en Champagne.
The entrance to the loft invites you into a small hall leading to a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) giving access to a south-west-facing terrace (the gîte's only outdoor space). A staircase (or elevator) takes you directly to the south-facing main room with large bay windows, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. The price is all-inclusive, with beds made up on arrival, bathroom and household linen, heating costs and end-of-stay cleaning included,

Un gîte au top !
5/5Nous avons été conquis par ce gîte et ses propriétaires.
Equipement au top, nous n'avions jamais séjourné dans un gîte aussi bien équipé, rien ne manque et tout est de qualité.
Le cadre est très sympa aussi, petit village calme avec une très bonne boulangerie à proximité.

Très beau gîte
5/5Très beau gîte. Très bien équipé. Il est moderne et neuf dans un petit village calme. Il a tout le confort que l'on souhaiterai pour un petit séjour voir même plus. Il est en outre équipé d'un ascenseur pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis. Ils sont sympathiques et à l'écoute. Il vous donne des idées d'activités selon la météo annoncée.
Parfait. Nous y retournerons plus que probablement.
