Corinne and Lucien, winegrowers and farmers, offer you a large house for a convivial stay. Located in an old farmhouse, this gîte can accommodate up to 8 people. The owners have kept the character and charm of this old farmhouse (exposed beams, stone walls...) to create a house with a country-cosy chic style.

Just 10 minutes from Sézanne, 40kms from Epernay, 50kms from Châlons-en-Champagne and 68kms from Reims.

The entrance hall serves as a relaxation area.
The kitchen opens onto the dining area, which is fully integrated and equipped. From the kitchen you have access via French windows to the garden and rear terrace. The living room has a large flat-screen TV and a functional fireplace, and the owners will provide you with wood. A first bathroom and a separate toilet are located on the first floor.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160) and 1 bedroom with two single beds (90). One double bedroom (bed 160*200) (2 mattresses 90 x 200). All rooms have blackout curtains. Separate shower room and WC.
Underfloor heating on ground floor and Electric heating upstairs. View over vineyards. Bed linen, towels and Utilities included. Beds made on arrival. WIFI ACCESS. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Nightly rental available on request.
Housework is charged at €80 and towels at €5 per person.
