Le Deroscope

In Arrigny, a charming village just 4 km from the Lac du Der, Le Deroscope Holiday cottage welcomes you to an authentic Champagne house built of brick and cob, entirely renovated with care. This large character cottage combines the charm of the past with modern comforts, ideal for a stay with family or friends, in a quiet, natural setting in the heart of the Champagne region. With a capacity of 13 people, it's an ideal base for enjoying the Lake du Der, its beaches, water sports activities and cycle paths.

The house consists of:
Ground floor:
- A beautiful living area with a living room and dining room that opens onto the fully equipped kitchen
- 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds (90/200) (which can be pushed together to form a double bed, 180/200) with a separate toilet.
- A bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom is accessible to guests with limited mobility.
- A separate toilet

On the first floor:
- A living room with a foosball table and a multi-game arcade machine.
- A double bedroom with two 90/190 single beds (which can be pushed together to form a 180/190 double bed) with a private bathroom.
- A double bedroom with two 90/190 single beds (which can be pushed together to form a 180/190 double bed) with a private bathroom.
- One double bedroom with two 80/200 single beds and a private bathroom.
- One triple bedroom with three 90/190 single beds

Outside, you’ll find a terrace with a barbecue and a private parking area with a garden.
The holiday cottage does not have keys; when you contact the owner, they will ask you to choose an access code.

For your comfort, sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, and utilities are included in the rental price.
The cleaning fee is optional, at the rate indicated.

You’ll enjoy a peaceful setting, right next to Lake Der, renowned for its beaches, water sports, bike paths, and nature observation.
