Le Clos du Val d'Or

The Holiday cottage "Le Clos du Val d'Or" is located in the village of Avenay Val D'or, 10km from Épernay and its famous Champagne avenue, 30km from Reims and Chalons en Champagne.
It lies in a green setting on the heights of the village, walled in (a wall surrounds the entire park), the garden (50 ares) is crossed by a small stream and also has a Forest (approx. 1.5hectares).
You'll be the only guests on the estate.
It will be the ideal place to stay with your family or friends, with total peace and quiet, but with quick access to the riches of our department (walks in the vineyards, Museums, shops etc....).
Marc, the owner, is a winegrower and can offer you an explanation of champagne, a tour and even a tasting session if you wish.

The Holiday cottage has a large living room with dining/living area and kitchen leading onto the terrace (with views over the river and Forest). From the living room you'll also have access to two bedrooms (one with a 160cm double bed, the other with two single beds) and a shower room.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is located in the basement.
New for 2026: The Holiday cottage will be equipped with a Nordic bath from April 15, 2026, and 2 electric bicycles.
Rates include bed linen (beds made on arrival), end-of-stay cleaning and utilities, Nordic bath and electric bikes.
Bathroom linen is not provided and is not optional.
