The gîte "Le Chêne" is located in the commune of Scrupt, 16km from Lac du Der and Vitry-le-François.
Bordering the Haute-Marne and Meuse departments, it's the ideal place to discover the memorable sites and riches of these three departments, as well as the nature and sporting activities of Lac du Der.
The holiday cottage is located on the first floor of an old farmhouse that includes the owners' home and two other units.
It features a large living room (with a sofa bed)/dining room/kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms, each with a 140-cm double bed.
The apartment has a private covered terrace with a barbecue.

The rental rate includes linens, utilities, and cleaning.
Towels are available for an additional €5 per person.
