The gîte "Le Chêne" is located in the commune of Scrupt, 16km from Lac du Der and Vitry-le-François.
Bordering the Haute-Marne and Meuse departments, it's the ideal place to discover the memorable sites and riches of these three departments, as well as the nature and sporting activities of Lac du Der.
The gîte is located on the 1st floor of an old farmhouse comprising the owners' house and two other dwellings.
It has a large living room (with sofa bed) / dining room / kitchen, a bathroom, an independent WX and two bedrooms, each with a 140cm double bed.
The apartment has a private covered terrace with barbecue.

The rental price includes bed linen, utilities and cleaning.
Towels are optional at €5 per person.
