The "Le Chaumu" gite is located in the commune of Chaumuzy, 20km from Reims and Epernay, and 4.5km from the Parc de la montagne de Reims in Pourcy.
It's the ideal place for families or groups of friends to discover the riches of our department (wine, gastronomy, culture and nature).
The Gîte has private parking in front of the house and a terrace and garden at the back.
On the first floor, a large living area welcomes you with the dining room and lounge (equipped with table soccer) leading to a large, fully-equipped kitchen. A veranda and bathroom (with bath, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer) complete this level.
On the 1st floor, you'll find the sleeping area with 5 bedrooms as follows:
- A dormitory with 5 single beds
- A double room with 2 single beds (access from the dormitory).
- 2 double rooms, each with a 160/200 bed.
- A family room with a double bed (160/200), a single bed (90/190) and a cot with changing table.
Pets are welcome (with a supplement of €5 per day per pet, maximum 1 pet).
The rental price includes sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, cleaning and utilities.

Super séjour
5/5À l'unanimité nous sommes ravis de notre séjour . Le gîte est spacieux, très, très bien équipé, rien ne manque et même plus que ce que l'on peu avoir dans d'autres. Literies confortables. Le poêle à granulés qui s'allume le matin quand il fait un peu frais, le top.
Nous avons pu fêter les 30 ans de ma filles merveilleusement bien dans ce lieu idéal pour accueillir tous le monde.
Très bon accueil et disponibilité de la proprietaire. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation si besoin.

5/5Gite super et parfaitement bien équipé pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.
Propre, très fonctionnel et idéal pour faire la fête et pour passer un bon moment !
Propriétaires réactifs, compréhensifs (ont accepté qu'on parte un peu plus tard le 01/01) et très sympas.
