In the heart of Épernay, facing the Avenue de Champagne and its prestigious Champagne houses, in a listed building dating from the late 19th century. The apartment offers an exceptional location, just a stone's throw from one of the richest avenues in the world: Avenue de Champagne!
Large 380 m² character apartment entirely renovated with respect for the architecture with original parquet floors, fireplaces, high ceilings and moldings. It is located on the second floor (accessible by elevator) of the Banque de France, a restaurant in the heart of the town of Épernay.
Six rooms with one 160x200 bed, with the possibility of two additional single beds at a supplement of €25 per bed per day.
Three shower rooms, 2 independent and one shared by 2 bedrooms, WC in each shower room + 1 independent WC, two lounges, living room and kitchen.
Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen included.
Pay parking spaces in side streets and pay parking less than 5 minutes' walk away.

Wanga Beautiful Epernay
Fantastic stay in epernay, too much champagne. Accomodation comfortably catered for 10 people. Location could not be better, right in the centre of town. Bars and cafes just a minute away, champagne houses almost just across the road. Brilliant time with family.

Hello Big appartement in Epernay
We have enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is very big, plenty of space, and big rooms too. Handy that beds are made on beforehand. The apartment is very well situated near Avenue the Champagne. We do think the kitchen deserves an upgrade: Only one fridge and freezer, not much for 12 people. The freezer was not on when we arrived, so no working ... The owner apologized afterwards, but it was very unpleasant as we had brought food, drinks and frozen goods. Also not handy: a lot pans there, but most of them you can not use as it is induction. Took time to figure it all out as there is no guidance at all and nobody welcomed us. Worst is the oven, very poor quality and not working as is should be. Luckily there is a brasserie at ground level, we needed to ask them twice to heat our meals. One other thing; the apartment is vert big, the Wifi signal is weak and covers only a very small part. Conclusion: very big & nice apartment but we hope kitchen gets upgraded soon.

JJ Escapade champenoise à Épernay
Nous avons séjourné pour la 4ème fois dans ce superbe appartement au-dessus de la Brasserie de la Banque à Épernay.
L'appartement est incroyablement spacieux, ce qui était parfait pour notre groupe d'amis. Chacun disposait de sa propre chambre, offrant ainsi l'intimité nécessaire tout en profitant des moments conviviaux ensemble.
La localisation est idéale pour les amateurs de champagne, avec de nombreuses possibilités de dégustation dans la région. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié pouvoir cuisiner ensemble dans la cuisine bien équipée de l'appartement.
En résumé, tout était parfait : l'emplacement, le confort, et les expériences partagées. Un grand merci pour ce séjour exceptionnel en Champagne !
