Nestled in a typical Champagne village, in the peace and quiet of the countryside, the Lady Tipi lodges offer a true "unplugged" interlude, while remaining close to major leisure sites. Around 20 minutes away, Lake du Der and its shores invite you to go for walks, take part in water sports and observe the wildlife, particularly during the migration of the grey cranes. The Forest d'Orient regional nature park completes the escapade for a variety of landscapes and nature outings. On the terroir side, the location is ideal for discovering the cellars and Champagne houses of the Vitryat and Aube regions. On site, everything is designed to alternate excursions and relaxation: terrace, heated swimming pool shared in season, and private Nordic bath to make the most of your stay.

Unusual 35 m² accommodation on two levels, for 4 people, with 1 bedroom. Wi-Fi access. Reversible air conditioning (heating mode). Private parking. No pets allowed. Heated Piscine shared with other tipis (May to September, subject to conditions). Private Nordic bath on terrace.

First floor: living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), dining area and equipped kitchenette (hob, microwave, fridge). Bathroom with WC.
Upstairs: bedroom with double bed (160cm).

Outside: terrace with Nordic bath and barbecue, garden. Baby bed. Bed linen provided (bed made on arrival), bathroom linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning and utilities included.
