Located in Champagne, in a small village 7km from Vitry le François and 25km from Lac du der, this rural gite is designed to accommodate up to 6 people, exceptionally 8 (on request from the owner). It offers comfortable accommodation and an ideal base for discovering our region, with its vineyards, champagne, forests and Great Lakes, its architectural heritage and many other sights. The house has been fully renovated to provide everything you need for a relaxing, high-quality stay, with a cosy interior, large terrace and garden furniture outside, and children's games in the enclosed courtyard.
"A l'Acouet" also invites you to relax with its infra-red sauna and outdoor spa!

First floor: spacious living room (sofa bed, TV, DVD player), dining room and kitchen (with pantry).
As well as a bedroom, shower room (Italian shower with handicapped access), separate WC and laundry room.
Enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating by heat pump.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds).
Bathroom: bath and WC.
Infra-red sauna
Rest area: games, library, TV, DVD player, radio...
Outside, you'll find a large ground-level terrace with garden furniture. Enjoy the winter garden and spa. A ping-pong table, barbecue, deckchairs and children's slide. Parking is available in the small enclosed courtyard. Your accomodation offers a Wifi connection linked to the fiber. All baby equipment can be loaned on request (cot, changing table, playpen, high chair, etc.). Pets are not allowed in the gîte.
