L' Abribulles

The Abribulles gîte is located in TROISSY on the DORMANS (6km) and Epernay (20km) axis, 40km from REIMS and just 1h30 from Paris.
TROISSY is a wine-growing village surrounded by vineyards and forest.
It's the ideal place for families or groups of friends to discover the riches of our region (champagnes and their cellars, museums, historic sites and nature walks).
This elevated, detached house will provide you with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.

Outside, a large garden and terrace (with views over the vineyards) will enable you to make the most of fine weather.
On the first floor, you'll find a large living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge, as well as a shower room, separate toilet and 3 double bedrooms as follows:
- 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140/190).
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90/190).
In the basement, there's a garage for cars, bikes and motorcycles. There's also a games area with a pool table.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and cleaning utensils completes the basement.
For your convenience, the rental price includes sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, cleaning charges and utilities.
