La Voisine

In the heart of the vineyards, 10km from Épernay, 30km from Reims and 1h30 from Paris.
The gîte "la Voisine" is the oldest house in the village. The house dates back at least to the 16th century. It's the ideal place to stay with friends or family.
The atypical architecture of the house, built on the natural slope of the village, gives it a special and unique cachet.

In the lower part of the house, you'll find the exterior courtyard, giving access on one side to the laundry room and on the other to a carport (possibility of parking 2 or 3 cars). You'll also find the former bakehouse converted into a secondary dining room with access to an old cellar (decorated with old wine-making tools).

The middle part of the house features a kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room, a bedroom (160cm double bed) with access to the covered terrace (equipped with barbecue, garden furniture and lounge), as well as a separate toilet and shower room.

Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds (160cm) each, and 1 with 2 single beds (90/200cm)), a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a separate toilet.

The all-inclusive price includes utilities, electricity, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
