La Saboterie - Domaine de l'Etang

In the heart of the Marne Valley, La Saboterie invites you to stay in a carefully restored 19th-century Champagne house, where authenticity meets modern comfort. In the village, you'll also find a gout museum and a reconstructed 1900 school, perfect for immersing yourself in the local heritage.

The Holiday cottage, with a surface area of 85 m², can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises two bedrooms with 160 cm double beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. On the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a convivial living room, while a landing with desk and sofa bed (suitable for a Kids) completes the layout. Facilities include dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, microwave, television, reversible air conditioning, free wifi and baby equipment on request.
Outside, you'll enjoy a garden with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as the estate's shared heated Piscine. Private parking and a charging station for electric vehicles are also available.

For your convenience, bed linen and towels are provided, beds are made on arrival, and utilities (water, heating, electricity) are included. End-of-stay cleaning is optional and costs €50. Breakfast can be booked for €12 per person.
The owners also sell champagne, deliver home-cooked meals (€20-25 excluding drinks), bread and pastries, and provide bikes and mountain bikes.
Nearby activities include Hiking trails and Museums 1 km away, Tennis 1 km away, shops and restaurants between 4 and 10 km, Cinema, train station and hospital 12 km away. A Nautical Base and a Zoo complete the leisure offer.
