In a small village in the Perthois region bordering the Haute-Marne, Meuse and Aube departments, pleasant and very quiet, you'll be staying in an old building renovated to a very high standard.
First floor: kitchen, laundry room, WC, large living room and relaxation area.
On the 1st floor: a lounge, a bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm) and a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), shower room and separate WC. Electric heating and wood-burning stove in kitchen (utilities included in rental price).
Private terrace in front of the gîte. WIFI ACCESS. Outdoor children's play area (bikes, swing, sandbox). Carport. Enclosed garden.
Optional €50 cleaning package.
For professionals: end-of-stay cleaning package (50€) compulsory.
