La Petite Maison de Théo

Charlène and her son Théo are delighted to welcome you to their Holiday cottage in Binson-et-Orquigny, a charming winegrowing village in the Marne region, 10km from Epernay and 30km from Reims. You'll have a wonderful time here after a stroll through the Champagne vineyards or a bike ride along the Marne.

"La petite maison de Théo" is a 100m² family Holiday cottage with a simple, tasteful decor, located at the entrance to the family estate. It's housed in an old hay barn that's been lovingly converted into a small dwelling, at the foot of the family cellars of Champagne Xavier Loriot.

The Holiday cottage has a private terrace with garden furniture, lounge, barbecue and deckchair. Access to a private garden is located opposite the house.
On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with flat-screen TV and WIFI, a dining room and fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room with washing machine and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, the sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed (140X190), and a second bedroom with a double bed (160X200).
An additional bedroom is available (access via the second bedroom), equipped with two single beds (on request).
