La Petite Maison de Théo

Charlène and her son Théo are delighted to welcome you to their Holiday cottage in Binson-et-Orquigny, a charming winegrowing village in the Marne region, 10km from Epernay and 30km from Reims. You'll have a wonderful time here after a stroll through the Champagne vineyards or a bike ride along the Marne.

"La petite maison de Théo" is a 100m² family Holiday cottage with a simple, tasteful decor, located at the entrance to the family estate. It's housed in an old hay barn that's been lovingly converted into a small dwelling, at the foot of the family cellars of Champagne Xavier Loriot.

The holiday cottage features a private terrace with patio furniture, a lounge area, a barbecue, and a deck chair. There is access to a private garden located in front of the house.
On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi, a dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, the sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a second bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm).
An additional bedroom is available (accessed through the second bedroom) equipped with two single beds (upon request)
The cleaning fee is optional at a rate of €90.
