La Parenthèse

The gîte "La Parenthèse" is a fully renovated former farmhouse located in Loisy Sur Marne, on the tourist route of the Coteaux du Vitryats, 5km from Vitry le François. Lac du Der and its nautical activities are 30km away, and Nigloland (amusement park) is only 45 minutes from the gîte.
The village has many shops, including a bakery, bar/tobacco shop/newsstand, hairdresser and pharmacy.

The gîte has a large courtyard with terrace and barbecue.
First floor: Entrance hall with desk (computer available) leading to living and dining room, fully-equipped kitchen and shower room, separate WC and 2 bedrooms (each with 160cm bed).
On the 1st floor: a large landing converted into a living room (with TV), a bathroom and a shower room, 2 double bedrooms (each with a 160cm bed) and a large bedroom with 4 separate beds (2 double 160cm beds and 2 single 90/200cm beds).
The gîte also boasts a large reception room with professional kitchen (please book with the owner).
Bed linen, towels, household linen, cleaning and utilities are included in the rental price.
