On the shores of Lake du Der, opposite the Pays du Der village-museum and on the edge of the Forest, La Maison des Bergers offers a particularly unspoilt setting: an old timber-framed farmhouse set in 4,000 m² of fully enclosed parkland, recognized as a bird sanctuary (LPO gîte). The Holiday cottage is an excellent starting point for walks and bike rides along the shores of the Lake and along forest paths.
Lake du Der offers a wide range of outdoor activities: wildlife watching, cycling, Hiking and, depending on the season, water sports and Fishing. Nature lovers will appreciate the calm atmosphere of the site, ideal for disconnecting from the world, while remaining close to the area's points of interest. At the end of the day, the enclosed park offers a serene extension to outdoor moments, in a privileged environment where silence and the presence of birds are an integral part of the experience.

Detached house (110 m²) for 5 people, with Wi-Fi (fiber) and an enclosed yard/garden. Living room, kitchen open to the living area, bathroom with a bathtub (shower available), and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms: one with two 90×190 beds that can be pushed together to form one large bed; the other with one 140×190 bed and one 110×190 bed. Outdoor furniture, barbecue, and private parking. Baby equipment available upon request. Pets allowed: free for one pet; additional fee for each additional pet according to the listed rates.
Additional charges: end-of-stay cleaning and linens, according to the listed rates. Electric heating is charged additionally if usage exceeds the included allowance, according to the listed rates.
