Take advantage of the shaded terrace and private garden to enjoy a glass of Champagne in the golden hour. Just 15 km from Épernay and on the Marne Valley cycle route, you're just a stone's throw from cellars, hillsides and unforgettable walks. By appointment, you can enjoy access to the owner's swimming pool (approx. 300 m from the Holiday cottage) or take part in a tour of the winery, followed by a wine tasting.

Composition: 4 bedrooms (three with double beds 160 × 200 cm, one with a bed 160 × 200 cm + two beds 80 × 190 cm), each with en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin, WC and flat-screen TV. First floor: bedroom with sitting area. First floor: fully-equipped 16 m² kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, gas + vitro hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster), 37 m² living room with fireplace (not functional), corner sofa, large-screen TV, terrace access. Private garden of approx. 650 m², terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Private parking + garage. Free WiFi, Bed linen and towels provided. Pets not allowed, non-smoking stay. On request: Piscine (300 m away, at the owner's), visit and wine tasting at the winery. Heating included, end-of-stay cleaning package available (mandatory for professionals: €60).
