Our "Maison Bleue" gîte is located in the village of Giffaumont-Champaubert, at the foot of the Lac du Der dykes. The port is just a few hundred meters away.
Here, you can enjoy a wide range of activities: boating, cycling, hiking, fishing, or let yourself be guided by the Tourist Office. And don't forget spring and autumn bird migration, making the lake a paradise for nature lovers, ornithologists and photographers, whose annual rendez-vous is the Montier-en-Der wildlife photo festival in November.
The Holiday cottage is on one level, with a large living area comprising kitchen, dining room and lounge. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: one with a 160x200 double bed, the other with two 90x200 single beds. The bathroom includes shower and bath. Separate WC.
The Holiday cottage has a large south-facing terrace, a pétanque court and an orchard.
Rates include bed linen, towels and utilities (electricity and heating).
Housekeeping is optional at €60 per stay.

Gîte très bien situé près du lac et près des observatoires pour voir les migrations des oiseaux. Gite lumineux, bien équipé, harmonieux dans sa décoration aquatique.
Literie en parfait état qui moi est un point important quand je réserve une location.

Walli et Klaus Une belle semaine au Lac du Der
Nous nous sommes sentis très a l'aise dans cette maison de vacances bien équipée, joliment meublée et située au calme. Nous remercions la famille Guerin pour son accueil chaleureux.

evasion lac du der plaisir d'y revenir
Vacances très agréables (2ème séjour) dans un gite propre, lumineux et doté de tout le confort moderne. Il est très bien situé avec accès direct au Lac et aux pistes cyclables. Les propriétaires sont gentils et disponibles.
