The location is a major advantage: in the heart of the Vineyard, you're just 250 m from the shops and 800 m from the train station. Shuttle buses serve Epernay regularly, and you can easily organize visits to champagne houses, vineyard walks or tastings with local producers.

This charming 70 m² accommodation features an entryway and a bright living area with a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a private terrace—perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors.
Upstairs, you’ll find a modern bathroom with a shower and sink, as well as two bedrooms: one double bedroom (140/190 bed) and one bedroom with two single beds (two 90/190 beds).
Sheets (beds made on arrival) and towels are included.
The cleaning fee is mandatory at the indicated rate.
Pets are not allowed to ensure everyone’s comfort.
