Épernay 25 km, Châlons-en-Champagne 35 km, Reims 50 km, 1 h from Disneyland Paris. Danielle and Guy welcome you to their gîte at the foot of the Côte des Blancs vineyards, in the heart of a small Champagne village close to vineyards, fields and forest.
Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house (77 m²), sleeps 4, with 2 bedrooms. Access via 13 steps. Wi-Fi access. Pets not allowed. Parking in enclosed courtyard. Utilities included. Bed linen included, Beds made on arrival.
First floor: fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge), living room (TV, DVD, hi-fi), shower room with shower (seat) and washing machine, separate WC. Night side: two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Baby bed and chair available.
Outside: terrace with garden furniture, large orchard and Kids' play area. Cleaning: according to rates indicated, special arrangements for professionals: every 15 days mandatory for professionals, according to conditions and rates indicated.

La belle équipe Très satisfaisant
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour ce Noêl 2024, dans ce gîte très bien équipé où globalement rien de manque.
Nous y sommes confortablement installées et nous apprécions d'y revenir à chaque occasion.
