In the small Champagne village of Pouillon, in the St Thierry massif, at the gateway to Reims (10km), Maryvonne and Yves welcome you to their contemporary-style barn in a green, relaxing setting.
A beautiful living room with integrated kitchen, dining area and sitting area with flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove for comfort.
An accessible bedroom with two 90x200 beds and a bathroom with toilet. A laundry area with washing machine and dryer, and a second fridge/freezer. Separate WC.
Upstairs, a relaxation area with 2-3-seater sofa, library and flat-screen TV. Four bedrooms, 2 with 160x200 beds and 2 with 2 90x200 beds. A bathroom and a shower room as well as 2 independent WCs.
Outside, a large terrace with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue (not supplied), lounge chairs, parasol, children's table and chairs, opening directly onto a green, private, fenced garden.
Enclosed parking for several cars.
Baby equipment available free of charge on request.
Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking gîte.

Mooi en heel proper huis, goed uitgerust, mooie tuin,…
Dicht bij Reims, bakkerij op 3 km. Eigenlijk geen opmerkingen.
