Annie and David welcome you to an old, fully renovated barn 25 km from Épernay, 6 km from the A4 freeway. Boasting a beautiful stone facade, the Holiday cottage combines tradition and modernity, and benefits from a large enclosed garden. Situated on a wine-growing estate, the Holiday cottage is an ideal base for discovering the Champagne region, its Vineyard and its many sites.

La Grand Cour Holiday cottage is located in the village of Verneuil (51700), a commune of 800 inhabitants in the heart of the Vineyard region of Champagne. Here you'll find a bakery, a grocery store, a Restaurant with a Fishing pond and a bar. The village's main activity is now viticulture and champagne production.

Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living room, shower room with walk-in shower. One bedroom with 140cm bed.
1st floor: one bedroom with a 160cm bed, one bedroom with two 90cm beds and direct access to the terrace, and one bedroom with a 140cm bed. Bathroom with bath and separate WC.

High chair and baby bed available. Barbecue available. Shared parking in enclosed courtyard. Terrace. WIFI. Beds made on arrival, bed linen provided, bathroom linen available for €5 per person.
Utilities included (heating, water, electricity). Optional cleaning package at €100 (compulsory for professionals). Pets are not allowed.
