In the middle of the triangle of Epernay, with its champagne cellars, Verdun with its battlefields and Lake du Der with its beaches and Marina, Nathalie and Francis welcome you to their Countryside gîte in an industrial style all year round, in a fully renovated house, a former farmhouse, with enclosed courtyard. Situated in the Countryside, 10 minutes from Chalons en Champagne and 15 minutes from Vitry le François, you'll find the peace and comfort you need to relax and get together with friends or family.
This fully air-conditioned Holiday cottage comprises two cottages separated by a porch.
The 1st Holiday cottage can accommodate 11 people and comprises a large living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge (with flat-screen TV/sound bar), 5 bedrooms for 11 people and a baby, 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs.

The first Holiday cottage is described in 51G546. The 2nd Holiday cottage sleeps 6, and comprises a large ground-floor living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge (TV with sound bar), laundry room with washing machine and dryer, shower room and separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, you'll find 3 double bedrooms: one with a 160/200 double bed and 2 bedrooms each with 2 90/200 single beds.

Each Holiday cottage has its own terrace with plancha and garden furniture.

For your entertainment, there's a pétanque area for young and old, with all the necessary equipment, and a few games for Kids.

Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. You are responsible for cleaning at the end of your stay (washing-up, emptying garbage cans and putting bed linen and towels in the laundry room, floors, bathroom....), (option available for 170€ from the owner).
