Our Holiday cottage is located in the Countryside where you will find peace and quiet to recharge your batteries, close to amenities 5 km away: bakery, Intermarché, Pharmacy, bar/tobacco shop, cash dispenser, optician, petrol station, Doctor, physiotherapist, nurse, etc.

In the middle of the triangle of Epernay, with its champagne cellars, Verdun with its battlefields and Lake du Der with its beaches and Marina, Nathalie and Francis welcome you to their Countryside gîte in an industrial style all year round, in a fully renovated house, an old farmhouse, with enclosed courtyard. Situated in the Countryside, 10 minutes from Chalons en Champagne and 15 minutes from Vitry le François, you'll find the calm and comfort you need to relax and get together with friends or family.

On the first floor, the fully air-conditioned Holiday cottage comprises a large living room with kitchen opening onto the dining room and lounge (TV with sound bar), a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a shower room and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, you'll find 3 double bedrooms: one with a 160/200 double bed and 2 bedrooms each with 2 90/200 single beds, separate WC and a bathroom.
There's also a private terrace with a plancha overlooking an enclosed courtyard (shared with another Holiday cottage).

For your entertainment, there's a pétanque area for young and old, with all the necessary equipment, and a few games for Kids.

Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (option available from the owner for €70) (dishes, emptied garbage cans and bed linen and towels put in the laundry room, floors, bathroom....).
