Épernay 15 min, Reims 40 km, fully renovated farmhouse in the heart of the Vineyard in a quiet village in the Marne Valley. You'll appreciate the comfort. 2000 m² garden, playground.
Refinedly decorated, luxury gîte comprising the main house for 10 people and an outbuilding for 5 people.
First floor: kitchen, living/dining room, library.
1st floor: three bedrooms, each with a 180cm bed.
2nd floor: one bedroom with a 180cm bed, one bedroom with a 180cm bed and one 90cm bed. Private bathroom and WC in each bedroom. An additional bedroom is available with a 90cm bed.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
First floor: living room with fitted kitchen. 2000 m² garden, playground.
Upstairs: one bedroom with a 180cm bed and a 90cm bed, bathroom, wc, one bedroom with a double bed, shower room, wc.
Linen, towels and cleaning included. Utilities included

France 2025 What a fantastic gite this is!
This is by far the best gite we have ever stayed in and would highly recommend it.
It is the perfect combination of a traditional rural gite that has all the luxuries of a quality hotel. Each room has a large double bed, air conditioning and en suite along with electronic shutters! It is evident that this gite has been created with comfort and quality in mind. The pool area is superb, having a toilet, shower room, changing room and a bar. The lighting in there is also spectacular! There is ample parking, a huge enclosed garden and multiple outdoor dining areas. The Joly family were welcoming and language was not a barrier with the help of online translation tools! We also had an enjoyable experience when visiting their local Champagne house, which is complimentary when staying in the gite. We hired both accommodations for our family of 8 which meant some rooms were not needed and it was more expensive but we would not have wanted to share the property - this would be the only negative point.

Welshy Fantastic Gîte!
Brilliant accommodation. Comfortable well appointed rooms with beautiful decor. Well supplied kitchen with utensils, appliances and dinnerware. Having access to the pool and garden was a bonus especially with kids. We would definitely consider a return visit based on our recent experience. One thing that did irritate me, check out was at 10, but the owner and cleaners were on site at 9:15 and it made the last hour uncomfortable and rushed for us.

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour et c'est avec plaisir que nous vous accueillerons au gite.
En effet votre départ est prévu pour 10h cependant avec tout le ménage qu'il y a à faire et l'entretien de la piscine nous venons toujours avant afin de commencer mais nous vous laissons tranquillement dans le gite jusqu'à 10h. Désolé si cela vous a dérangé.

Mline Séjour en famille
Super séjour à faire en famille ou entre amis.
Tous les équipements propices à passer un excellent moment sont présents que cela soit au niveau de la résidence principale,de la résidence secondaire et de la piscine.
Si nous devions trouver quelque chose à redire cela serait au niveau des équipements sportifs et des télévisions (qui pourraient être moderniser à notre goût)- Cleanliness
