Épernay 15 min, Reims 40 km. Completely renovated old farmhouse in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, in a quiet village in the Marne valley. Enjoy the comfort of the heated swimming pool and gym (shared with 51G368) in the old barn (9am/22pm).
Stylishly decorated, luxury gîte with ground floor, kitchen, living room, library.
1st floor: three bedrooms, each with a 180cm bed, one with a 90cm bed.
2nd floor: one bedroom with a 180cm bed and a 90cm bed, one bedroom with a 180cm bed.
Private bathroom and toilet in each room.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
Household linen and cleaning included. Utilities included. 2000 m² garden, playground.
ATTENTION: 12 people maximum, baby included.
Welcome champagne! We are also an independent winemaker, so you can visit our cellars and taste our champagne.

5/5Parfait pour un groupe familial, petits et grands. Région superbe, pas de grandes affluences, très bon accueil au gîte, dans les attractions et les commerces : que vouloir de mieux ?
