The gîte "La Bulle de C" is located in Rilly-la-Montagne, in the heart of the Reims mountains, 15km south of Reims and 25km from Épernay.
It offers a perfect combination of modern comfort, entertainment and tranquility, ideal for vacations with family or friends in the department.
The gîte also boasts a large terrace and an outdoor courtyard with private parking for up to 3 cars.
On the ground floor, you'll find a large living room with kitchen/dining room, as well as a bathroom (with shower and bath), a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and a separate toilet.
The "Champagne" bedroom with a 160/200 double bed completes this level.
The 1st floor features 3 bedrooms:
- The "Scandinave" bedroom with a 160/200 double bed
- The "Rotin" room with 2 single beds 90/200
- The "Industrial" bedroom with 2 single beds (90/200) and a private bathroom.
The first floor also includes a shower room and separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor, you'll appreciate the large relaxation room with lounge area (sofa, TV and Switch), a children's area, table soccer and a table for playing cards or board games.
The rental price includes sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, cleaning and utilities.
The house is fully equipped with a heat pump for comfort in all seasons.

Victor Huis nabij Reims
Het huis was heerlijk met goede bedden. Tafeltennis was een pre. Erg lastig echter dat zowel de eigenaar als zoon alleen Frans spraken en niet ook nog Engels of Duits. Zelfs met Google translate kwamen we er niet helemaal uit. Maar we hebben ons prima vermaakt in het huis. Op loopafstand een bakker met heerlijk brood. En een leuk restaurantje la table de bonhomme waar we heen konden lopen. Verder Reims is prachtig en Epernay ook een leuk stadje.

CJ Anglais Excellent séjour
La maison est confortable et bien équipée. Les chambres sont grandes, la cuisine/ salle à manger est vraiment pratique et chic. Il y a un barbecue qui est parfait pour les soirs doux quand il fait plaisir de manger al fresco. La salle des jeux a plein de divertissements pour les enfants et ados.
Les hôtes sont formidables. Ils sont très amicaux et accueillants. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec le climatiseur et ils ont appelé un technicien immédiatement. Je vous recommande le champagne délicieux des hôtes, et un tour de leur cellier est une expérience inoubliable.

Jennyfer Gîte parfait
Gîte tout neuf, propre et décoré avec goût. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et sympathique. Nous avons passés un très bon week-end. Le gîte est bien situé pour visiter les vignobles et les dégustations. A refaire.
