Le Merger - Domaine de L' Etang

In the heart of the Marne Valley, Le Mérger welcomes you to a 19th-century Champagne house, carefully renovated to combine the charm of yesteryear with modern comforts. In the village, you can discover a Museums de la goutte and a reconstructed 1900 schoolhouse, living witnesses of the local heritage.

The Holiday cottage is approx. 90 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises three bedrooms (two 140 cm beds and one 160 cm bed), a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. The bright living room and dining area open onto a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances). Washing machine, television, free wifi connection and baby equipment on request complete the facilities. Outside, you'll enjoy an unfenced garden with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as the estate's shared swimming pool, ideal for cooling off in fine weather. Parking is provided on site, and a charging station for electric vehicles is available.

Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, utilities (water, heating, electricity) included. End-of-stay cleaning is optional and costs €75. Breakfast is available on reservation at €12 per person.
The owners also sell champagne, deliver home-cooked meals (€20 to €25 excluding drinks), bread and pastries, and provide bikes and mountain bikes.
Numerous activities are nearby: Hiking trails and Museums 1 km away, Tennis 1 km away, shops and restaurants between 4 and 10 km, Cinema, train station and hospital 12 km away. A Nautical Base and a Zoo complete the range of leisure activities available in the area.
