Large Holiday cottage in the heart of the Vineyard

The Gîte is located in a wine-producing village 20km from Épernay and 45km from Reims.
Calm, tranquility and rest, but also the discovery of our champagne capital and our wine region, will punctuate your tourist stay. The magnificent Grand Est region has many treasures for you to discover, including Reims Cathedral, Lac du Der, Saint-Nicaise Hill and many more!
Ground floor: entrance leading to a double bedroom (160cm bed), separate WC and access to the living areas: lounge, dining room with access to the garden via a veranda, and kitchen.
Games room (billiards, table soccer and pinball)

1st floor: 7 bedrooms (3 each with a 160cm bed and 4 each with 2 90/200cm single beds), bathroom, shower room and 2 separate WCs.
Access to a heated indoor swimming pool with sanitary facilities and changing rooms, and private terrace for the pool (not overlooked). Piscine shared with another Holiday cottage.
The Holiday cottage Hérisson is located on an estate with another gîte for 14 people with a 220m² reception room (the Cabin gîte) and 1.5 hectares of parkland.
The two Holiday cottages are completely independent.
The entire "Aux Hirondelles de Chêne" estate comprises two buildings (the Hérisson and Cabin gîtes) restored in 2020. Outdoor parking available on the property (twenty cars).
All-inclusive rates (rates do not include room rental or seminar services) - Room rental surcharge: 700€/day from Monday to Friday morning or 5000€ from Friday 1:30 pm to Sunday 6:30 pm.
