Gîte du Pressoir

CUCHERY, a small wine-growing village of 420 inhabitants, located on the right bank of the Marne in the Belval valley.
We are located in the heart of the Champagne region, 15km from the A4 freeway (exit 23), 1H30 from PARIS, 17km from EPERNAY, capital of Champagne, and 25km from REIMS, cradle of the coronations of the Kings of France.

Our village church is listed as a French heritage building.
There's a small mini-market on site, a playground for Kids and a go-kart track 2km away.
Our recently renovated, centuries-old farmhouse and winegrower's house combines tradition and comfort.

On the first floor, a large living room of 60m² welcomes you with bar, fireplace, lounge, television, internet (fiber), exposed staircase to the first floor.
Also on the same level, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room, a separate toilet, a laundry room (with washing machine) and a single bedroom (90/190cm bed).

Upstairs, you'll find 4 bedrooms as follows:
- 2 double bedrooms, each with 2 80/200 beds (can be made into 160/200 beds on request)
- 1 triple room with 3 beds 90/200 (2 beds can be made into 180/200 on request, making one bed 180/200 + one bed 90/200)
- 1 double room with a 140/190 bed.
The second floor features a shower room (with 2 showers and 2 washbasins), a bathroom (with WC) and a separate WC.

Outside, a private enclosed courtyard with parking for several cars, an arbour with garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs.
For greater comfort during your stay, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels, cleaning and utilities are included in the rental price.
