Corinne and Lucien, winegrowers and farmers, offer you a large house for a convivial stay. Situated in an old farmhouse (housing a second Holiday cottage), this cottage can accommodate up to 8 people. The owners have preserved the character and charm of this old farmhouse (exposed beams, stone walls...) to make it a Countryside-cosy chic home.
Only 10 minutes from Sézanne, 40kms from Épernay, 50kms from Châlons-en-Champagne and 68kms from Reims.

The Holiday cottage comprises 2 gites Le grand val 1 and 2
LE GRAND VAL 1:
The kitchen opens onto the dining area and is fully integrated and equipped. From the kitchen you have access to the garden and rear terrace. The living room has a large flat-screen TV, and a functional fireplace (wood available). A first bathroom and a separate toilet.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160) and 1 bedroom with two single beds (90)Separate shower room and WC.

LE GRAND VAL 2:
On the first floor, the Holiday cottage comprises a large living room with dining area, kitchen and utility room, separate toilet, shower room and double bedroom with 2 single beds (90/200), which can be combined to form a single bed (180/200).
The bedroom, shower room and WC are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
On the 1st floor, you'll find 2 double bedrooms, each with 2 90/200 beds (which can be combined to make a 180/200 bed), a shower room and an independent toilet.
To move from one Holiday cottage to another, you need to go outside.

For your convenience, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels and utilities are included in the rental price.
A cleaning fee of €160 and bathroom linen at €5 per person are extra.
