Welcome to this town center house, completely renovated between 2023 and early 2024 to offer families and groups of friends a modern, comfortable gîte just a few steps from the heart of Epernay!
You'll be welcomed in a small private courtyard around which there are 3 houses and where you can park 2 cars.
Just 500m from the Avenue de Champagne and its champagne houses, 7km from Hautvillers and 30km from Reims and Chalons en Champagne.
Push open the door to the entrance vestibule where you can leave your shoes and coats; each room on either side of the entrance has its own private bathroom or shower.
The original wooden staircase takes you upstairs to the spacious kitchen, where you can cook together and enjoy your meals in the dining room on the table set for 6 to 10 guests.

To complete this second floor, a large dining room and living room with large-screen TV and convertible sofa (mattress), as well as 2 accesses to the 40m² terrace and separate WC.
The top floor features two bedrooms, a shower room with WC and a laundry area.
For your comfort, all rooms are equipped with 180*200 top-of-the-range beds, beds made on arrival and towels available.
