The Épinette gîte is located in the commune of Blancs-Coteaux (Vertus), in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, 20km from Épernay and 30km from Châlons-en-Champagne. It's the ideal place to discover our beautiful département and its many attractions (champagne cellars, vineyards, museums, hiking).
On the first floor, the gîte comprises an entrance hall giving access on one side to the laundry room with separate toilet, and on the other side to a large living/dining room opening onto the fully-equipped kitchen. From the dining room, you have access to a private terrace and courtyard.
Upstairs are three double bedrooms (160/200 beds), each with its own private shower room. The landing also leads to a separate toilet.

The rental price includes linen (beds made on arrival), towels, end-of-stay cleaning and utilities.
Electricity recharging points available 100 meters away.

Wir verbrachten hier eine knappe Woche.
Alles neu und picobello sauber.
Bequeme Betten, schöne Bäder, sehr großer Wohn- Essbereich, gut ausgestattete Küche, ruhige Terrasse im Hinterhof.
Ein mit großem Aufwand renoviertes altes Haus inmitten des Städtchen Vertus. Die Weinberge beginnen 300 Meter entfernt hinter der Kirche.
Abseits vom Trubel und doch recht gut gelegen,
um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Champagne zu entdecken.
Der Bäcker liegt um die Ecke und zwei große Supermärkte 3 Minuten entfernt mit dem Auto.
Wir waren begeistert!

We loved the location, the home, and our host. Our host was so kind and welcoming, it really made us feel like we could make ourselves at home. The town was cute & close enough to all the things you'd want to do in Champagne Country. It's a beautiful area & a beautiful home. I would absolutely stay here again.

Travellers from UK spacious gite near boulangeres and restaurants.
Lovely gite in an old building in a village with everything we wanted. Owners very welcoming and great champagne. Weekly market in village every Tuesday. In the heart of Champagne region. Beautiful scenery in surrounding wine growing fields. Interesting village with trail of historic buildings.
