In the heart of the Champagne Vineyard, just a stone's throw from Épernay (6 km), Cuis is a charming village nestled between vineyards and forests.
The Holiday cottage de la Musette, completely renovated in 2025, welcomes you all year round for a stay with family or friends, in the heart of the Marne wine region. Designed with your comfort in mind, it can accommodate up to 6 people and offers quality services in a calm and relaxing environment.
Outside, you'll find a courtyard with private parking spaces, a covered terrace and a relaxation area (ping-pong table available).
On the ground floor, you'll find a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a shower room and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed), a shower room with WC.
On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with a double bed.
For your convenience, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels and utilities are included in the rental price.
Cleaning is compulsory at a cost of €70.

Simon K Exceptional gite
This was our second stay here, and we are looking forward to a third! The gite is so comfortable, spotlessly clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The hosts are warm and welcoming. There's ample parking for at least two cars, and a spacious outdoor seating area, which is a haven of peace. We have stayed in a number of other gites, and this is easily the best.

Nous avons été très contents de vous accueillir dans notre gite et sommes ravis que vous y ayez passé un très agréable séjour pour vos retrouvailles familiales. J'ai bien apprécié nos échanges une semaine avant votre venue pour vous conseiller des restaurants locaux. Roger Lovely cottage in village surrounded by vineyards
The cottage is newly renovated to a very high standard, has all the amenities and was squeaky clean. We were greeted by friendly owner Christophe who lives next door and gave us homemade honey, eggs and tomatoes.
We stayed with another couple and had plenty of space. There is off-street parking at the cottage and public parking opposite at the town hall.
The cottage is well situated for trips to Epernay, Ay, Reims and the Champagne region.
