Ideally situated between Châlons-en-Champagne and Vitry-le-François, it serves as a perfect base for exploring the treasures of the Marne department: Champagne vineyards, winemakers’ cellars, historic sites, nature walks, and outdoor activities.

Just a few kilometers away, Châlons-en-Champagne will charm you with its historic downtown, its canals—nicknamed “Sparkling Little Venice”—its gardens, and its many events. Wine enthusiasts can easily reach the Champagne vineyards and meet the region’s winemakers. Nature lovers will also enjoy walks along the Marne River, hiking trails, and the surrounding natural areas.

This comfortable and functional bungalow can accommodate up to 6 people. It features a beautiful, inviting living area that combines a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room (which is equipped with reversible air conditioning), offering a cozy space to share quality time with family or friends.

The sleeping area includes three double bedrooms, each equipped with two 90 x 200cm beds that can be pushed together upon request to form a large Bed 180 x 200. A modern bathroom and a separate toilet complete the interior layout.

Outside, enjoy a pleasant terrace furnished with patio furniture and a barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining when the weather is nice.

For your convenience, the holiday cottage also features a private parking area that can accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles. An electric vehicle charging station is available (billed based on actual usage).

The rental price includes bed linens (beds made on arrival).
A cleaning fee is required, and bath linens are optional at the rates indicated.
Electricity (heating, air conditioning, and electric vehicle charging) is charged separately based on usage.
