Located in La Chaussée-sur-Marne, a peaceful village on the Champagne plain, this Holiday cottage is a convenient base for exploring the Marne and Champagne regions. Its location makes it easy to reach Châlons-en-Champagne and Vitry-le-François, alternating between heritage visits, nature outings and Vineyard discoveries. The surroundings are ideal for walks, with Hiking routes accessible on site, and the accommodation features a covered shelter for storing bicycles or leisure equipment.

You'll be welcomed into an authentic setting, on a family-run cereal farm, for a peaceful stay. After visits and walks, the private garden lets you enjoy the outdoors, while the configuration of the rooms, each with its own private shower room, provides comfort for stays with family, friends or when traveling.

On the first floor, you'll find a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a boiler room and separate toilet. The kitchen includes fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The living room opens onto the garden and retains its authentic character with exposed beams.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin) and WC. Each room has a 140×190 bed and a 120×190 bed.
Outside: private, unfenced garden, covered shed (for bikes, baby carriages or furniture) and swing.
