Set between vineyards and plains, come and discover this pretty, fully-renovated 19th-century building. The gîte is ideally located for exploring our beautiful region (23km from Épernay and Châlons-en-Champagne and 50km from Reims). The large, unoverlooked enclosed courtyard with covered terrace lets you enjoy the outdoors in all seasons.
Ground floor: a large living room with Gllum is cool dining area and sitting area with pellet stove, as well as a bedroom "Les Galipes" ( 140X190) with private shower room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a separate toilet.
Access to a small vaulted cellar converted into a children's play area.
1st floor: large landing converted into a sitting/relaxation area, a bathroom (shower and bath), separate WC and 3 large bedrooms:
- Chambre "Pinot noir" (160X200) with private shower room
- Chambre "Meunier" (160X200)
- Chambre "Chardonnay" (160X200)
2nd floor: "le dortoir" with 4 single beds: 2 beds 90X200 (can be twinned on request for a 180X200 bed) and 2 beds 90X190. Ideal for children, teenagers, parents with children.
Additional sofa bed available.
Table soccer and closed garage.
All-inclusive price: - sheets (percale, cotton, very high quality) - Bouchara bathroom linen - cleaning - heating, electricity and pellets.

Top Superbe gîte complet et confortable
Nous avons avec grand plaisir découvert ce magnifique gîte.Belle ambiance "cosi" avec ce grand espace avec cuisine, living et salle à manger. Grandes chambres, le tout pratiquement aménagé avec gout. Le tout sécurisé par le portail.
Très bon accueil et propriétaire disponible tout au cours de notre séjour.

Hemma borta Vackert nyrenoverat hus
Välplanerat hus med fina sällskapsutrymme. Välutrustat helt nytt kök. Bra uteplats med stekmöjlighet. Skyddad parkering.
Tyvärr inga affärer i byn men affär finns i grannby. 10 min med bil.
Perfekt att utforska Champagne med bil eller cykel.- Cleanliness

Daniel en famille calme et très confortable
Les gîtes sont charmants ! Il offre un espace très généreux tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est là et bien plus encore. Nous avons été très impressionnés par les chambres confortables et les merveilleuses possibilités de passer du temps à l'extérieur. Ce gîte est idéal pour des excursions dans les domaines viticoles ou dans les villes de Reims, Chalon et Eperny. À Vertus, à proximité, il y a tout ce dont elle a besoin. Un grand merci à la propriétaire Alexandra, qui nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux. Si l'occasion se présentait de revenir dans la région, nous choisirions à nouveau ce gîte.
