If you love the countryside, birdsong and peace and quiet, come and spend a few days at Alliancelles in this family home, in the heart of the Marne countryside, between the Champagne vineyards and Lac du Der.
Alliancelles is 40km from Lac du Der, 25km from Vitry le François, Saint-Dizier and Bar le Duc.

On the first floor, you'll find a lovely living room where you can enjoy your meals, and a fireplace (not usable) where you can relax after a long walk in the surrounding countryside.

A separate toilet and direct access to the garden with terrace.
The kitchen opens onto the living area and is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals.
Halfway up is a living room with TV, with access to a second terrace.
Upstairs, you'll find a children's corner with games, as well as 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms (2 double beds (140cm) and a single bed (90cm)), a bathroom with shower, bath and WC.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
End-of-stay cleaning is optional at €50.
