Winegrowers Eric and Laurence welcome you to a magnificent new Chalet in the heart of the village of Germaine.
Located in the heart of the Mountain de Reims regional nature park, halfway between Reims and Epernay, the Chalet offers spacious living accommodation and ceiling heights of up to 5 meters.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, bed linen and towels are included with your rental.
Access to the Chalet is via a few steps and a landscaped path. It is slightly elevated from the street where you can park (free of charge). The entrance to the Chalet is on the terrace, which is sheltered by the chalet's awning.
The room comprises a fitted kitchen with central island and a living room with sofa bed. The room benefits from plenty of natural light and high ceilings. The Velux windows are automated.
The first 20m² bedroom has a 160*200 bed, and is separated by a half partition from an open-plan shower room with Italian shower, WC and washbasin. The second 18m² bedroom has two 90*200 beds, and is also separated by a half partition from an open-plan shower room with Italian shower and washbasin. An independent toilet is located next to the bedroom. The garden is not fenced in, but set high above the street. The terrace is sheltered under the overhang of the chalet and features garden furniture and a barbecue. A washing machine is available on request in the owners' basement (next door). For professionals: end-of-stay cleaning charge €50.

Endroit idéal pour un séjour en champagne, tout est facilement accessible et petite épicerie à 200m idéale avec de très bon produits locaux.

UTSyug A very pleasant enjoyable stay in Germaine
Very well-equpped and designed gite with great covered area for barbecuing. The facilites in the gite were more than enough for 4 people and the dishwasher was very welcome. Interesting and good paths in the Parc Naturel for pleasant walks. The location is central in the Champagne area. It is a very quiet area with a small shop and lovely restaurant just a few hundred metres from the gite. We had a great time and would recommend it.

VDH Gîte à Germaine
Ce magnifique gîte correspond à 100% à là description du site: très propre, très bonne insonorisation entre les pièces, belles et grandes chambres, bel espace de vie, et une terrasse couverte qui permet de profiter longtemps de l’extérieur.
Situé dans un petit village calme mais dynamique, c’est la base de départ idéale entre Reims et Épernay pour des excursions à pied, en vélo ou à la découverte de la région et des vignobles en voiture.
L’accueil était chaleureux et nous a permis de comprendre comment organiser au mieux nos 4 jours de vacances.Ceux qui recherchent la déconnexion totale du monde connecté y seront ravis, certains regretteront peut-être le manque de connexion internet.

Giordqno Super! Magnifique
On donne 5 mais l'accueil et la maison méritent aussi des éloges. Les photos ne décrivent pas vraiment la beauté du lieu, le confort et la gentillesse des propriétaires. à notre arrivée on a reçu une démission bouteilles de leur champagne comme cadeau. 2 chambres avec salle de bain ensuite, une toilette supplémentaire dans le salon. Salon/cuisine très grand et parfaitement équipée avec jeux de société et tous les ustensiles nécessaire. Le grand porche et le jardin complètent cette magnifique maison. Germaine es une oasis de tranquillité, idéal pour se relaxé.
