Winegrowers Eric and Laurence welcome you to a magnificent new Chalet in the heart of the village of Germaine.
Located in the heart of the Mountain de Reims regional nature park, halfway between Reims and Epernay, the Chalet offers spacious living accommodation and ceiling heights of up to 5 meters.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, bed linen and towels are included with your rental.
Access to the Chalet is via a few steps and a landscaped path. It is slightly elevated from the street where you can park (free of charge). The entrance to the Chalet is on the terrace, which is sheltered by the chalet's awning.

The room comprises a fitted kitchen with central island and a living room with sofa bed. The room benefits from plenty of natural light and high ceilings. The Velux windows are automated.
The first 20m² bedroom has a 160*200 bed, and is separated by a half partition from an open-plan shower room with Italian shower, WC and washbasin. The second 18m² bedroom has two 90*200 beds, and is also separated by a half partition from an open-plan shower room with Italian shower and washbasin. An independent toilet is located next to the bedroom. The garden is not fenced in, but set high above the street. The terrace is sheltered under the overhang of the chalet and features garden furniture and a barbecue. A washing machine is available on request in the owners' basement (next door). For professionals: end-of-stay cleaning charge €50.
