It's an ideal base for exploring the region: close to Vitry-le-François, Lake Der - Europe's largest man-made lake - and around an hour from Reims and Épernay, famous for their Champagne cellars. Nature lovers will love the walks, water sports, birdwatching and cycling tours through the Champagne countryside.

The house offers spacious, friendly living spaces ideal for families and friends.

On the first floor, you'll find a large dining room ideal for sharing meals, a cosy living room with French billiards area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. A double bedroom with 160×200 bed is also located on this level, along with a bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, the holiday cottage has three bedrooms:

a triple bedroom with 3 single beds (90×200),

a double bedroom with a 160×200 bed,

a double bedroom with a 160×200 bed that also includes a baby area with an Umbrella bed.

A bathroom with a washer and dryer, as well as a separate toilet, complete this floor.

Outside, you’ll enjoy an enclosed courtyard and a terrace, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors on sunny days.

Pets are welcome

The rental rate includes sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, utilities, and firewood.
A mandatory cleaning fee applies at the rate indicated.
