Au Chant du Coq 3

The gîte is located in the commune of Giffaumont-Champaubert, 200m from Lac du Der, and is the ideal place for a stay with family or friends to take advantage of the activities offered by the lake, its nautical base and the surrounding area: water sports (boating, canoeing, swimming), cycling (cycle path around the lake), hiking, birdwatching, fishing, the casino etc... Nature-lovers can enjoy a walk around the gîte to discover the lake's flora and fauna. The passage of the cranes in autumn and spring is one of the lake's highlights. The gîte has been completely renovated using quality materials.
The gîte comprises two self-catering cottages for 15 people, each with its own private garden and wooden terraces.

LEFT SIDE:
On the ground floor is a large living room (lounge / dining room and kitchen) with sofa bed for 2 people, a shower room with toilet and washing machine. A SPA area (rental extra).
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds) and a shower room.
RIGHT SIDE:
On the ground floor is a large living room (lounge/dining room and kitchen) with a sofa bed for 2 people, and a shower room.
Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds).

The SPA area is available at an additional cost of €50 per day (for stays of 2 to 4 people) and €30 per day (for weekly rentals). A deposit of €1000 is required. For technical reasons, it must be rented for the entire stay.
